Job Title: Sales Operations & Order Execution Specialist

Location: Cyber City, Gurugram
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Work Mode: On-Site (5 days work from office or on Saturday whenever required on case to case)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations & Order Execution Specialist to manage end-to-end sales order processing, purchase orders, billing coordination, inventory tracking, payment follow-ups, and product deliveries. The candidate will coordinate with customers, distributors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely order execution, and effective operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer quotations, pricing approvals, and purchase order processing.
- Coordinate order execution and PO allocation with distributors, vendors, and OEMs.
- Handle billing documentation, invoice coordination, payment follow-ups, and collection tracking.
- Monitor inventory, dispatches, delivery schedules, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Legal, and other internal departments.
- Maintain order trackers,



payment aging reports, inventory records, and weekly MIS.
- Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Eligibility:

- B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Commercial Operations, or Inventory Coordination.
- Experience in IT Hardware, Telecom, Mobility, or Technology Distribution is preferred.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
