Team Leader Real Estate Sales (Mandated Developer Projects)

Location: Kalyani site (Beside AIIMS)

Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Mandatory weekends; 1 fixed weekday off between TueThu)

Salary: Fixed Base Salary + Overriding Team Performance Incentives

Job Summary:

Tresrock Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Team Leadersone for our extremely prestigious mandated developer's project . In this role, you will lead the site sales team, maintain solid relations with project developers, ensure smooth coordination with the Cluster Head, and drive site conversions to hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and manage on-site sales consultants to achieve daily site visit and booking targets for your assigned project (Asansol or Durgapur).
- Developer Relationship Building: Maintain clear, professional communication with the developer's on-site team regarding unit availability, cost sheets, payment milestones, and site operations.
- Cluster Head Coordination: Work closely with the Cluster Head to align on regional sales strategies, report daily site footfalls/conversions, and resolve escalations quickly.
- Closing & Negotiations: Step in directly to handle key client negotiations, clear buyer hesitations, and close high-value residential bookings on-site.




- Site Operations & CRM: Oversee site walk-ins, ensure strict lead follow-up protocols, and enforce timely CRM updates across your team.

Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 6 years of direct real estate sales experience with proven site-handling and team-guiding capabilities.
- Market Knowledge: Strong local market presence and understanding of buyer behavior in Asansol or Durgapur.
- Developer & Management Handling: Capability to build healthy rapport with project developers while keeping internal reporting seamless with the Cluster Head.
- Grooming & Communication: Highly presentable, corporate-groomed, with strong persuasive communication in Bengali and Hindi and English.
- Availability: Must be fully available to operate on site during weekends and public holidays.

Experience

- 5 years of experience in real estate sales mandatory.

Compensation

- Fixed salary plus attractive incentives/commissions based on sales performance.

- Grooming & Communication: Highly presentable, corporate-groomed, with strong persuasive communication in Bengali , Hindi and Fluency in English required

- Availability: Must be fully available to operate on site during weekends and public holidays (Compensatory leave Available).
