- Strong hands-on experience in OpenText xECM aligned to the stated experience range.
- Ability to analyze requirements, prepare solution or technical designs, and deliver quality outcomes.
- Experience with testing, defect resolution, deployment, documentation, and production support.
- Robust communication, stakeholder collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have

- Relevant certification in OpenText xECM or the associated platform.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, DevOps automation, cloud deployment, and global stakeholder engagement.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Understand business and technical requirements and deliver solutions using OpenText xECM.

2. Prepare solution designs, estimates, configurations or code, test evidence, and implementation documentation.

3. Follow security, quality, coding, review, and release-management standards.

4. Collaborate with functional, technical, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues.

5. Support deployments, knowledge transfer, hypercare, production incidents, and continuous improvement.
