Role & responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, only.
- - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing clients.

- Handle client success and engagement by ensuring timely resolution of issues, meeting SLAs, and delivering excellent service quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Power Backup & High-Speed WiFi: Own Laptop must have. Candidates must have reliable power backup and a stable WiFi connection.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly over phone calls.

- Proficiency in English language is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
- Must know English + 2 regional languages (For ex: English + Hindi + Kannada / English + Hindi + Telugu). English ,Tamil. Valuable communication skills in English
- - Incentives, Perks & Benefits:
- High Incentives / Variable Pay: Upto Rs. 1,80,000 per year extra if you achieve your targets. Your performance = your earning.
- - Work Details:Working Days: 6 days working. Saturday & Sunday are working at NoBroker. You will get 1 weekday off (between Mon to Fri).Working Timings: - 9 AM to 6 PM - 1 hour lunch break.
