Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Creation & Management: Plan, create, launch and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
2. Meta Ads Management: Set up campaigns, ad sets, audience targeting, budgets, placements, lead generation forms and retargeting campaigns.
3. Ad Copywriting: Write compelling primary texts, headlines, descriptions and CTAs tailored to different platforms, audiences and campaign objectives.
4. Content Writing: Develop engaging social media captions, promotional content, creative concepts, video hooks and advertising scripts.
5. Audience & Competitor Research: Identify target audiences, research competitors and develop relevant campaign strategies.
6. Campaign Optimization: Monitor daily spending, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, leads, CPL and conversions. Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
7. Performance Reporting: Prepare campaign reports and recommend strategies to improve lead quality,



conversions and return on ad spend.
8. Tracking & Analytics: Understand Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 - 3 years of practical experience in digital marketing or performance marketing preferred.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, especially Facebook and Instagram campaign creation.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads and X (Twitter) Ads.
- Excellent advertising copywriting and content-writing skills.
- Understanding of campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, remarketing and campaign reporting.
- Good communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable creating campaigns independently and writing platform-specific ad copies. Practical experience and execution skills will be given preference over theoretical knowledge.
