Role & responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting suitable beauty and personal care products and provide expert recommendations.
Explain product features, benefits, usage, and pricing.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure products are properly displayed and shelves are well-maintained.
Stay updated on recent launches, product knowledge, and current offers.
Support stock checking and store housekeeping when required.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant beauty/retail industry.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Presentable, confident, and service-oriented personality.
