Job Summary

ProMunim of India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation compliance, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, and related statutory filings.
- Ensure timely preparation of invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and reconcile customer, vendor, and bank accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and financial reviews.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify discrepancies and implement measures to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience handling end-to-end accounting operations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
