Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to act as a vital bridge between global clients and our internal production teams. In this role, you will interpret client creative requirements, set clear expectations, oversee production workflows, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining brand and quality standards.

3 months contract role in RRD

Looking for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver real-time, professional support to global clients across their project lifecycles.

Understand client briefs, manage delivery expectations, and ensure project targets are consistently met.





Accurately translate requirements to internal creative production teams.

Monitor production progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Uphold internal delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Candidate Profile

Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.

Strong appreciation for layout, presentation, and visual communication principles.

Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.

Cross-cultural competence to collaborate smoothly with international stakeholders.
