Job Description:
We are looking for a Cluster Business Manager to drive fee income and product sales across assigned bank branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Forex, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investments, NPS, PMS/AIF and other fee-based products.
- Acquire current customers and generate business through cross-selling, referrals and partnerships.
- Drive Forex customer acquisition and Trade Finance business, including Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC).
- Monitor branch-wise sales targets, productivity and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with branch teams, relationship managers and product teams while ensuring compliance.
Preferred Background: Private Banks, NBFCs, Wealth Management, Insurance Distribution, Forex or Trade Finance organizations.
