Role & responsibilities

-Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue targets.

- Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Generate qualified franchise leads and improve lead conversion.

- Lead social media, content marketing, influencer campaigns, and brand promotions.

- Plan recent outlet launches, local store marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns.

- Manage SEO, website optimization, CRM, WhatsApp marketing, and customer retention initiatives.

- Lead the marketing team, creative resources, and external agencies.

- Monitor marketing budgets, CPL, lead quality, campaign ROI, and other business KPIs.

- Coordinate with sales, franchise development, and operations teams to achieve growth targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, F&B;, retail, hospitality, or franchising.

- Minimum 2 years of team management or leadership experience preferred.

- Strong hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and brand building.

- Experience in franchise marketing and multi-location business growth is an advantage.

- Good analytical, communication, leadership, and budget management skills.
