Any Graduate/MBA Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Firm)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements across industries like BFSI , Manufacturing, Building Material , NBFC etc.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Need to be well versed with Boolean Search, X-ray Search, LinkedIn & other sourcing platforms.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, client feedback, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.




- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and daily MIS reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely delivery within agreed TATs.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates.
