10+ years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing, with substantial exposure to CAPEX and industrial equipment procurement.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead CAPEX and industrial procurement, covering machinery, MRO, special-purpose machines (SPM), customized machines, assembly line setup, plant equipment, tooling and related services.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, cost optimization and execution of strategic CAPEX projects while ensuring quality, delivery and business requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement of CAPEX machinery, industrial equipment, SPMs, customized machines and assembly/production lines.
- Manage sourcing for MRO, tooling, plant equipment, automation solutions and engineering services.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Industrialization, Engineering, Projects, Quality and Finance teams for recent investments and expansion projects.
