About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support business decision-making through data analysis, dashboards, reporting and actionable insights. The role will work closely with business and functional teams to identify trends, monitor performance and improve operational efficiency across travel and tourism operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze and interpret business data from multiple sources to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and business performance reports for management.
- Create dashboards using Power BI / Tableau and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Work with Excel, SQL and other BI tools for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
- Track key business KPIs related to sales, revenue, bookings, profitability, productivity and operational performance.
- Provide actionable insights to management to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, HR and other teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant teams for data validation and correction.




- Support ad-hoc analysis, management presentations and business review meetings.
- Maintain data confidentiality, reporting standards and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, MIS or Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI/Tableau.
- Good understanding of data visualization, KPI tracking and dashboard development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality or other service industries will be an added advantage.
