Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of residential construction projects. The role requires coordination with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring proper execution of work as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements while maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities of Project Cordinator

- Coordinate daily site execution activities and project progress.
- Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules and report project status.
- Manage drawings, revisions, and construction documentation.
- Track procurement activities and material deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.




- Maintain project records, reports, and MIS documentation.
- Support statutory approvals and project submissions where applicable.

Key Responsibilities of Site Engineer

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor site activities and ensure construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Read, interpret, and implement architectural, structural, and MEP drawings at the site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, and site supervisors for daily work execution.
- Monitor labour productivity and allocate daily tasks to ensure smooth site operations.
