We are looking for a Hotel Supervisor to manage daily work in our hotel. The person should take care of staff and guests and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Check rooms and hotel cleanliness daily
- Manage housekeeping and other staff
- Talk politely with guests and solve their problems
- Handle check-in and check-out if needed
- Make sure all work is done properly on time
- Report daily updates to owner/manager
Requirements:
- Basic experience in hotel or lodge (03 years preferred)
- Should be responsible and active
- Basic Tamil required (English is a plus)
- Should be ready to handle guests and staff
- Immediate joining preferred
Salary: Based on experience (2L-2.5L basic)
Incentives: Based on performance
