Responsibilities:
- Manage academic and administrative operations.
- Supervise faculty and monitor teaching quality.
- Oversee admissions, examinations and student discipline.
- Ensure syllabus completion and academic performance.
- Coordinate with management and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline; Ph.D. preferred/required as per applicable norms.
- Experience in degree college administration or academic leadership.
- Solid leadership, communication and team-management skills.
