Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end technology recruitment and a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in contract staffing recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT hiring, particularly SAP recruitment, along with the ability to source, screen, and close candidates for diverse technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle technology hiring across various skill sets, including SAP and other IT technologies.
- Source and recruit SAP professionals across relevant modules and technical skill sets based on client requirements.
- Handle contract staffing requirements, including candidate sourcing, screening, documentation, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and database mining.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, experience expectations, and client-specific hiring criteria.
- Conduct initial screening to assess technical suitability, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and notice periods.




- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Manage candidate pipelines, maintain recruitment trackers, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and drive offer acceptance and joining ratios.
- Work closely with sales, account management, and delivery teams to meet client hiring targets and recruitment SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment or technology hiring.
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in contract staffing recruitment.
- Good experience in SAP recruitment, with knowledge of relevant SAP modules and technical skill sets.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and the ability to source candidates for niche and challenging requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working with IT staffing companies, recruitment consultancies, or contract staffing firms.
- Candidates with proven experience in SAP hiring and other technology recruitment.
- Candidates with strong sourcing capabilities and experience handling client-driven hiring requirements.
