Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi, Keyence, Toshiba, Schneider Electric, Yaskawa, and Fanuc controls/PLCs, plus HMI and ladder logic program alterations for machine troubleshooting.
- Robotics & Drives: Knowledge of Yaskawa, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi robotics, along with VFDs for Mitsubishi and Yaskawa.
- Machine Maintenance: Experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance across shifts for injection molding shops, motor shops, electric ovens, stamping/press machines, assembly lines, and conveyor systems.
- KPIs & Reporting: Track and maintain maintenance KPIs, including spare/component costs, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and equipment availability
