Job Description: ERP Manager

Position: ERP Manager
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Location: Erode / Tamil Nadu
Experience: 10-15 Years
Reporting To: Head - IT / CFO / Management

Key Responsibilities

ERP Management

- Manage end-to-end ERP operations, maintenance, and optimization.
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and customization projects.
- Ensure ERP system availability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Monitor ERP data integrity and system compliance.

Business Process Integration

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Production, Stores, Procurement, Sales, and Quality departments.
- Streamline and automate business processes through ERP functionalities.
- Develop and implement best practices for ERP usage across the organization.

Project & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Evaluate new ERP technologies and recommend system enhancements.
- Ensure successful delivery of ERP-related projects within defined timelines.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor ERP support and technical teams.
- Conduct user training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Define KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Establish support procedures and service levels for ERP users.

Data & Reporting

- Design and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure accurate data migration, validation,



and reconciliation.
- Support management with business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Develop data governance and ERP security policies.

System Integration & Compliance

- Manage integration with third-party applications and databases.
- Ensure ERP compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Implement role-based access controls and information security measures.

Support audits related to ERP systems and data controls

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or related field.
- MBA or ERP-related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Certification in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms preferred.

Experience Requirements

- 10-15 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in ERP management.
- Experience in ERP implementation and support within manufacturing or textile industries preferred.
- Robust experience in ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Production Planning, Payroll, and Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience in ERP customization, integration, and reporting tools.
