We are looking for a process driven skilled to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring complete accuracy, authorization, and compliance across all vendor payouts, employee reimbursements, statutory dues, and operational disbursements.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Perform payment checks for vendor payments, employee reimbursements, statutory payments, and operational expenses.
- Verify actual beneficiary details appearing in the bank payout data with the approved Vendor/Beneficiary Master
- Verify payments against approved invoices, agreements/POs, supporting documents and applicable approval/authority matrix.
- Prepare MIS reports for payment review and exception reports for management review.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams for clarification of payment-related exceptions.
- Maintain records of reviews performed and observations reported.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for strengthening payment controls and processes,



Support the Internal Audit team in audit execution.

Preferred candidate Profile :

- Candidate completed MBA or Semi-Qualified CA can apply
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, payment processing and accounting controls.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of MakerChecker controls, approval matrix/Delegation of Authority and Vendor Master controls.
- Ability to analyse large volumes of payment/bank data and identify exceptions and unusual transactions.
- Knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS requirements relating to vendor payments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality considering access to sensitive payment and banking information.

Candidates working for stock broking companies are preferred.
