33 kV Collection System Transmission Line Management

- Supervise installation of 33 kV overhead lines (OHL) and underground cable networks.
- Ensure routing, erection, and commissioning of transmission lines according to approved drawings.
- Monitor pole/tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, and tensioning activities.
- Verify cable laying, jointing, termination, and testing works.

Wind Farm Electrical Infrastructure

- Coordinate electrical works for wind turbine generators (WTGs).
- Interface with turbine suppliers and EPC contractors.
- Ensure proper integration of turbines into the 33 kV collection network.
- Support grid synchronization activities.

Testing Commissioning

- Conduct and witness Insulation Resistance (IR) tests.
- Conduct and witness High Voltage (HV) tests.
- Conduct and witness Continuity tests.
- Conduct and witness Earth resistance measurements.
- Conduct and witness Relay and protection testing.
- Conduct and witness Transformer testing.
- Verify commissioning procedures and documentation.

Substation Coordination

- Coordinate with 33/110 kV, 33/132 kV, or other grid substations depending on the project.
- Supervise installation and testing of Power Transformers.
- Supervise installation and testing of Circuit Breakers.
- Supervise installation and testing of Current Transformers (CTs).




- Supervise installation and testing of Potential Transformers (PTs).
- Supervise installation and testing of Protection Relays.
- Supervise installation and testing of Switchgear and Control Panels.

Quality Assurance Compliance

- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and utility requirements.
- Review inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Monitor contractor workmanship and material quality.
- Prepare punch lists and close-out reports.

Operation Maintenance Support

- Troubleshoot faults on 33 kV lines and cable networks.
- Analyze outages and relay trips.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor system reliability and availability.

Experience

- 5-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with hands-on expertise in 33 kV transmission lines, substations, and wind energy projects.
- Proven experience in testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, including transmission networks, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.

Education

- Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in Power Systems, Transmission Lines, Substations, or Renewable Energy will be an added advantage.
