- Anypoint Monitoring
- Anypoint Exchange
- Runtime Manager
- Experience with Linux/Unix administration
- Knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS, Load Balancing, and Firewalls
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps
- Understanding of API lifecycle management and integration architecture
- Experience in monitoring and observability tools

Qualifications Educational Requirement

Bachelor of Engineering

Preferred Skills

- MuleSoft Certified Administrator or Developer certification
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Runtime Fabric
- ITIL foundation knowledge




- Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and API-led connectivity

- Ability to work in 24x7 support environments when required
