Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle MahaRERA litigation, hearings, and appeals.

2. Draft legal notices, replies, written statements, and applications.

3. Handle Plotting Society Formation & Registration.

4. Manage RERA compliance and legal documentation.

5. Coordinate with Government Authorities and Registrar Offices.

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate Developer Companies with solid drafting and litigation skills.
