Job Description

Customer Service Associates for its International Voice Process in Gurugram. We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills and prior international voice process experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and meet performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with international customers.




- Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate customer records.

Required Skills and Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or voice processes.
- Prior international voice process experience is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Banking/BFSI customer service experience will be an added advantage.
