Role & responsibilities

- Own people-linked revenue metrics across assigned regions, with transparent focus on month-on-month and quarter-on-quarter revenue improvement.
- Analyze revenue per person, productivity, utilization, capacity, and deployment trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Bring data-led insights and practical recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and business performance.
- Work closely with teams to identify skill gaps that may be limiting revenue potential or productivity.
- Design and drive targeted upskilling interventions to improve individual and team contribution to revenue outcomes.
- Improve resource allocation and role fit to ensure people are deployed where they can create the highest business impact.
- Track underperformance, utilization gaps, and bench or idle capacity, and recommend corrective actions.
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor regional revenue productivity, workforce effectiveness, and capability improvement trends.
