Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Software Developer with strong experience in React JS and practical knowledge of AI-powered development tools, particularly GitHub Copilot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining contemporary web applications while leveraging AI-assisted coding practices to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed. Experience with Java and backend development is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React JS.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end components.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX/UI Designers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Follow secure coding practices and established development standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and agile development ceremonies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies,



AI-assisted development practices, and modern web development trends.

Skills Must have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using React JS.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience using source control systems such as Git and GitHub.
- Strong proficiency in:
- React JS
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Experience with:
- React Hooks
- State management solutions (Redux, Context API, or similar)
- REST APIs integration
- Unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
- GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development practices
- Git and GitHub
