Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT projects.

- Valid PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

- Demonstrated experience in public-sector project planning and management.

- Strong expertise in project lifecycle management, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation.

- Experience developing business cases and managing multiple concurrent projects.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.





- Experience with project risk management, budgeting, procurement, and change control.

- The role is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with in office work as the default arrangement.

- Remote work may be permitted at the clients discretion, and on-site attendance may be required.

- A minimum of two relevant professional references is required.

- A satisfactory criminal record check is required before starting, at the vendors expense.

- The selected resource must provide a cell phone.
