Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Development Manager (SDM) to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our staffing and recruitment business. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in staffing and recruitment, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Use Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
- Identify key decision-makers, including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and hiring managers.
- Execute outbound sales activities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Schedule client meetings and build a solid business development pipeline.




- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and explore business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing and recruitment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong B2B lead generation and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
