Key responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, DG, UPS, plumbing, lifts, fire systems and BMS within Smartworks operating scope.
- Conduct technical rounds across all buildings; identify equipment risks and drive corrective action with Centre Heads and site engineers.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on schedule and verify equipment performance after servicing.
- Investigate recurring breakdowns and implement permanent solutions with OEMs and vendors.
- Track technical inspections, certifications and statutory actions with HSE, building owners and relevant agencies.
- Manage technical vendor performance, maintenance quality and critical spare requirements.
- Review asset condition, energy consumption and repair costs; recommend justified replacements and improvements.
- Guide site engineering teams and support technical readiness checks for recent buildings and client handovers.
