Job Title: SAP Project Manager / PMO

Location: Bengaluru (Devanahalli), Work from Office
Experience: 8+ years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Role Summary
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout and support projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, quality and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP programs across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP and HCM
- Own project plans, governance, risks, budgets and resource planning
- Lead steering committees and report to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation
- Manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers and vendors

Required Skills

- 8+ years in SAP project management or PMO, with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Robust knowledge of SAP Activate, ASAP,



Agile and Hybrid methodologies
- Experience in budget control, change management and senior stakeholder management
- Bachelors or masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field

Good to Have

- SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation experience
- SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba or Concur exposure
- PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP Activate certification
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
