Skills Required (Essential)

- Asset management performance calculation and reporting experience, including knowledge of various return calculation methodologies.
- Strong Excel proficiency, with the ability to analyze large data sets, perform reconciliations and identify data quality issues.
- Exposure to performance, portfolio accounting or market data platforms such as Aladdin, FactSet, StatPro or similar systems.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently, take ownership and follow issues through to resolution.
- Ability to think creatively and identify practical solutions to improve processes and controls.

Preferred Skills

- Basic automation, data manipulation or Python knowledge, with a willingness to support process improvement opportunities.
