Role & responsibilities

- Kiosk Sales & Location Tie-ups:

- Identify high-potential deployment sites for Medielaj interactive kiosks (Hospitals, Polyclinics, Diagnostic Centers, Corporate Offices, Tech Parks, Gated Societies, Retail Pharmacies).
- Pitch the financial and patient-engagement value of Medielaj Kiosks to administrative heads, doctors, HR/facility managers, and business owners.
- Close kiosk placement deals via outright sales, lease models, revenue-share, or subscription-based models.

- Ecosystem & Service Integration:

- Onboard local doctors, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers within the kiosk's neighborhood to create a hyperlocal healthcare network.
- Coordinate with internal tech and hardware operations teams to ensure seamless kiosk delivery, installation, and user training.

- Pipeline Management & Direct Field Sales:

- Generate qualified leads through active field visits, cold pitching, industry networking, and B2B expos.




- Manage end-to-end sales cyclesfrom initial demonstration and commercial negotiation to contracting and post-installation relationship management.

- Revenue & Utilization Growth:

- Track kiosk utilization and performance metrics post-deployment; suggest promotional campaigns to maximize footfall and transactions.
- Upsell add-on software services, premium listings, and extended support contracts.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to spearhead the sales, placement, and expansion of Medielaj Health Kiosks, alongside building network partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to place/sell Medielaj Kiosks into clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, corporate offices, co-working hubs, retail chains, and residential townships across Delhi NCR.
