We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer - Precast Construction with expertise in precast concrete design, detailing, and large infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, analytical, and project coordination skills to deliver high-quality precast engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Job Designation: Senior Project Engineer - Precast Construction Key Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in precast concrete design, detailing, project execution, or large infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of reinforced concrete and precast concrete design concepts.
- Experience in handling large infrastructure projects such as metros, bridges, and similar structures.
- Experience in the construction of concrete wind turbine towers is preferred.
- Knowledge of precast design standards including ACI, Eurocode, IS Codes, PCI, or other relevant local standards.
- Experience with detailing software such as Tekla Structures, Revit, or AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of prestressing systems and connection design is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare shop drawings, reinforcement details, and fabrication drawings for precast concrete elements.
- Review lifting, handling, transportation,



and erection methodologies for precast components.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications during manufacturing and installation.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during production and site erection.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and construction efficiency.
- Support project planning, scheduling, technical documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
