Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic HR projects, including, policy and process rollouts, organizational initiatives, and HR channel or operating-model changes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that project activities are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate the HR project portfolio, ensuring that individual initiatives are aligned with the organizations broader business strategy, HR priorities, and transformation roadmap
- Translate strategic HR priorities into executable project plans, ensuring transparent ownership, accountability, and deliverables.
- Partner with HR and business leadership to establish and maintain a portfolio-level view of ongoing and planned initiatives, enabling effective prioritization and resource allocation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and success measures for HR projects and programs.




- Develop and leverage HR analytics and people insights to support strategic decision-making across HR transformation programs.
- Identify trends, patterns and drivers behind HR outcomes and translate data into actionable business insights
- Track critical HR metrics such as attrition, employee movement, productivity, adoption, engagement, and service-level indicators, where relevant to the project.
- Build and maintain management dashboards and analytical reports that provide real-time or periodic visibility into HR project and workforce performance
- Monitor project financials, including Opex budgets, project costs, forecasts, and budget utilization, ensuring adherence to approved financial plan.
