- 4–8 years of overall SAP experience with hands-on expertise in SAP Cloud ALM.
- Experience in configuring and supporting SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation and Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Business Process Monitoring, Integration & Exception Monitoring, Health Monitoring, Job & Automation Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring. [support.sap.com], [support.sap.com]
- Experience in project setup, task management, process management, requirements, testing, and implementation tracking using SAP Cloud ALM. [help.sap.com]
- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, root-cause analysis, dashboards, and operational reporting for SAP landscapes. [support.sap.com]
- Experience integrating SAP Cloud ALM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other SAP cloud/on-premise solutions.
- Understanding of SAP Cloud ALM APIs, REST/OData APIs, integrations, and External API Management is desirable.
