- Role: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer
- Experience: Between 5 to 7 Years
- What Youll Do:

- Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.
- Analyse and resolve complex Salesforce production issues with minimal impact on business operations.
- Debug Apex, Flows, Triggers, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Develop bug fixes, minor enhancements, and technical solutions to improve application stability and performance.
- Configure and customise Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
- Support Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, and Service Console functionalities.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external applications.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate with middleware and external system teams.
- Perform data mapping, API validation, and integration testing.
- Write and optimise SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in CI/CD, release management, and deployment activities.
- Manage source code using Git.
- Work with deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Validate deployments across sandbox and production environments.
- Investigate high-priority incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.
- Support application performance optimisation and technical debt remediation.





Expertise Youll Bring:

- 25 years of hands-on Salesforce development and support experience.
- Strong development experience with Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Positive understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customisation.
- Experience with Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Email-to-Case, and Service Console.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and access controls.
- Experience with Git-based source control.
- Exposure to CI/CD and Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with MuleSoft or Azure Integration Services would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities would be beneficial.
- Exposure to monitoring tools and log analysis is preferred.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as GxP/CSV would be advantageous.
