Role & responsibilities

- Mandatory Packing Material Purchase Experience
- Searching out suppliers from various online platforms/references etc
- Preparing technical and commercial comparison
- Negotiating contracts with all terms and conditions
- Obtaining approvals for material ordering from respective authority
- Processing documentation right from PO in ERP, sharing it to supplier with payment terms as agreed
- Maintaining vendor data for future reference
