Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and employee record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to learn HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment Selection: Assist in job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.

- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and induction programs for new employees.

- Employee Records: Maintain employee files, HR databases, and confidential employee documentation.

- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.

- Employee Support: Address routine employee queries and coordinate with the HR Manager for issue resolution.

- Exit Formalities: Assist with employee resignation documentation, exit interviews, and clearance processes.

- Reporting: Prepare HR reports, trackers, and spreadsheets as required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.

- Freshers and candidates with 1 3 years of relevant experience may apply.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and confidentiality.

- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
