Oracle

1. Core module expertise: Hands-on functional knowledge in ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procurement, SCM, or HCM, including setup and configuration understanding.
2. End-to-end process knowledge: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire, including subledger accounting and period close.
3. Quarterly release impact analysis: Ability to review Oracle release notes, identify impacted features, and define the functional regression scope.
4. Security, roles, and controls: Understanding of role-based access, data security, approval workflows, and SOX-relevant controls.
5. Redwood UX and integrations (positive to have) : Familiarity with Redwood-based flows and integration/data touchpoints such as FBDI, OIC, OTBI, and BI Publisher. EBS 12.2 experience is a plus for legacy modernization.
