Roles Responsibilities:

- Client management on daily basis.

- Creating Sending Weekly Monthly Reports to clients

- Setting right expectation with the client and then fulfilling it

- Excellent internal team coordination.

- Prompt action taking attitude for all client requirements

- Subordination support with the team lead

- Should be available on phone in weekends
