Job Summary

R.D. Distributors is looking for a smart, confident, dynamic, and experienced General Manager to oversee the company's overall business operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple departments, including Sales, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, Business Development, Warehouse, and Administration.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, business management, and decision-making skills, with proven experience managing multiple departments and a workforce of approximately 200–250 employees. The candidate must be capable of taking independent decisions, solving operational challenges, and ensuring smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee overall business operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.
- Manage and coordinate Sales, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, Business Development, Warehouse, and Administration.
- Supervise department heads, managers, team leaders, and employees.
- Manage a workforce of approximately 200–250 employees, ensuring discipline, accountability, and productivity.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales, efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, business growth, customer relationships, and market development.
- Ensure effective coordination between production, inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory control, material movement, and timely deliveries.
- Establish and implement SOPs, operational policies, and process improvements.




- Review departmental targets, KPIs, deadlines, and performance reports.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with HR for manpower planning, attendance, performance, and workforce requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Resolve operational issues, handle conflicts, and take timely, effective decisions.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination across all departments.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage 200–250 employees.
- Smart, confident, well-groomed, and qualified personality.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Robust business understanding and the ability to take independent decisions.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Proactive, disciplined, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and take complete ownership of business operations.
