Senior Academic Counselor and Team Lead

Locations: Hyderabad | Noida | Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Work Timings : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role
We are hiring Senior Academic Counselors and Team Leads to drive admissions and revenue for our growing EdTech business. You will counsel prospective learners and parents, close enrolments, and, where applicable, guide and motivate a team of counselors to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on programs and guide them to the right course
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrolments
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Lead,



coach and monitor a team of academic counselors (for Team Lead role)
- Track team performance, conduct regular reviews and share MIS reports
- Maintain accurate records in CRM

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in EdTech sales Mandatory ( Online Degree selling vertical is a Plus )
- Robust sales background with a proven record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Team handling experience is a plus
- Target-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented
