We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to manage end-to-end Production Planning & Control for our furniture manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for production planning, capacity utilisation, material availability, production tracking and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

1) Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on orders, project priorities and delivery timelines.
2) Develop order-wise/project-wise production schedules covering CNC, cutting, machining, carpentry, assembly, finishing, upholstery and dispatch.
3) Translate approved drawings, BOMs and specifications into executable production plans.
4) Monitor Plan vs. Actual Production and drive timely completion.
5)Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, capacity constraints and material shortages.
6)Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production, Quality, Projects and Dispatch teams.

Plan and optimise machine and manpower capacity.
8) Monitor WIP, pending orders, rejection/rework and production lead times.
9) Prepare PPC MIS and management reports covering production status, capacity and delivery commitments.
10) Maintain accurate PPC data in ERP/MRP systems and drive continuous improvement

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant PPC/Production Planning experience, preferably in furniture, modular furniture, woodworking or customised manufacturing.

Solid knowledge of BOM, MRP, capacity planning and production scheduling.

Experience in make-to-order/project-based manufacturing preferred.
Good command of MS Excel

Strong analytical, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
