Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems on LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP settings on Windows OS platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of IT issues and implement solutions.
Job Requirements :
- CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- 1-5 years of experience in System Network Engineering or related field.
- Robust understanding of desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, IT helpdesk operations.
- Proficiency in MCSAs (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) certifications.
