Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and shortlist suitable applicants to fill open roles.
- Negotiate salaries and advantages with selected candidates during the interview process.
- Ensure timely filling of vacancies by coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (HR).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation during salary discussions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
