Job Description

- Participate in requirements analysis and client discussions.
- Collaborate with teams to produce software design and architecture.
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
- Improve existing software and plan modernization strategies.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client interactions.
- Contribute to modernization roadmap (cloud adoption, microservices, performance optimization).

Education

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Required Skills

- Languages & Frameworks: VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, OOP.
- Database: MS SQL Server, with ability to design relational databases and optimize queries.
- Front-end: HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Tools: TFS, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, SVN, Git, JIRA.
- Architecture: Strong foundation in object-oriented principles, design patterns, MVC, REST APIs.
- Cloud: Experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred).
- Methodologies: Agile development practices.




- Troubleshooting: Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: 8+ years in application software product development.
- Web Development: Strong experience with ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in C# and MS SQL Server.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD, build automation, and SDLC management tools.
- Client Engagement: Prior experience in client-facing roles and modernization projects is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner with a passion for emerging technologies.
- Robust leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Professional work ethic and ability to manage client expectations.
