Responsibilities:

Handling key brands of Avitech in Dairy, Aqua and Poultry segment
Overlooking the sales and support function of specific brands
Devising strategies to ensure targets and growth expectations are met every year
Keeping a constant eye on competing brands within each category
Training the sales team members from time to time
Regularly visiting different areas of the market to meet customers for product promotion
Regularly coordinating with all sales team members as part of team effort to achieve product wise sales plan
