We are looking for a dynamic and innovative CRM Training Specialist with strong telesales training experience to drive capability building, process excellence, and patient-centric communication across our CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Content Development

- Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on telesales, lead conversion, patient engagement, and CRM effectiveness.
- Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations, onboarding modules, simulations, and scenario-based learning content.
- Create practical, easy-to-understand training materials aligned with Oasis Fertility's patient care standards.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted upskilling initiatives to improve team performance.

Process Innovation & Technology Adoption

- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes through technology, automation, and cutting-edge solutions.
- Lead pilot initiatives for new tools, train teams on adoption, and develop SOPs for seamless implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement by addressing operational bottlenecks and enhancing process efficiency.

Patient Engagement & Lead Conversion

- Train CRM teams on empathetic, consultative communication, particularly in the sensitive context of fertility care.




- Strengthen lead engagement, objection handling, follow-up effectiveness, and consultation conversion.
- Ensure patient confidentiality, sensitivity, and service excellence across all CRM interactions.
- Enable teams to leverage CRM tools, data insights, and structured processes to improve walk-in conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales Training is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in training content development and PowerPoint presentation creation.
- Experience in call centre, contact centre, telesales, or CRM training environments.
- Good understanding of lead management, conversion techniques, and customer engagement.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, process improvement, and technology-driven training initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Healthcare training experience will be an added advantage.
