Position Details:

- Position: Executive / Assistant Manager – Agro Business
- Department: Sales & Marketing
- Location: Okhla, New Delhi
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B Sales (Agrochemical Industry)
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Life Sciences or related field. MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop B2B business with industrial and institutional customers in the agrochemical sector.
- Generate new business opportunities for contract manufacturing (bulk materials and small packing).
- Manage key accounts, techno-commercial negotiations, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recent customers, market opportunities, and business growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements:





- Strong experience in Agrochemical B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Experience in institutional sales, industrial sales, or contract manufacturing business.
- Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development.
