Role & Responsibilities

- Develop corporate and institutional sales for DeFit Makhana.

- Connect with companies, schools, colleges, canteen contractors and vending operators to secure product placements.

- Identify decision-makers in Procurement, Administration, HR and Facility Management.

- Generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and follow-ups.

- Coordinate samples, presentations, quotations and trial orders.

- Negotiate approved commercial terms and convert prospects into regular customers.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate orders with accounts and logistics.

- Achieve agreed sales targets and generate repeat business.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 34 years of experience in inside sales, B2B, institutional or FMCG sales.

- Experience approaching corporate buyers and closing business accounts.

- Solid communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Kannada preferred.

- Working knowledge of CRM, Excel or Google Sheets.

- Any graduate; MBA/PGDM is an advantage.

- Available to work from HSR Layout, Bengaluru, with occasional client visits.

- Organised, accountable and comfortable working towards sales targets.
